Hi, I'm Ashwin. I think of product design the way a film director thinks about storytelling, the goal is to get people where they need to go, but the memory lives in how it felt getting there.
Four years across SaaS, consumer, and enterprise have taught me to hold both: strategy that moves metrics, craft that moves people.
